![]() * Sometimes two pallets will tip the tractor, so for this I'll grab a weight, and pop it on the front, under the frontloader, before connecting the trailer. There's probably combinations where you can leave it on the back, but with this setup, the height of the hitch doesn't work well. The Goose neck is perfect for loading and unloading so you dont have to drive over the high part of the trailer to get on and off. Trailer load height and steering manoeuvrability are key when hauling heavy vehicles, machines or tools. So, start the contract, grab the Massey, hook up the trailer, whizz to wherever the goods are that need collecting, drop the trailer, quickly load up the pallets, (two at a time if possible*), re-attach the trailer, drive to delivery point, drop trailer, unload goods! NMC Kingtrail G4 low loader are used when high, heavy or bulky vehicles, machines or tools need to be transported. In the case of the latter I'm using a Massey Ferguson 7726, with a frontloader, pulling a Fliegl TPW 180 bale trailer, which can also be used for pallets etc. On my Sussex Farms save, I've been using a telehandler (with weight!) to quickly move bales around for animals, and also a medium sized tractor which allows me to easily do contracts. As to which machine to use with the handler, Skid Steer, Front loader, Telehandler and Wheel loader, I guess it all comes down to personal preference. whether it’s weight made for the back end or changing from using a Telehandler to instead using a Front End Loader or a Wheel Loader or simply use a you've found the CSZ Big Bag Handler!Īs you've found yourself, and Tylercheesey has mentioned above, there is indeed a weight for the telehandlers. I’m still open though to hearing about any be better recommended options/alternatives. * EDIT = I just found a mod on ModHub - a mod called “ArtMechanic PT-25” by Vanquish081 that appears to be a weight made to be attached to the back end of a a Telehandler (I just tried it in-game and it attached to the rear of the Telehandler). Is there an “adapter” (either via a mod or perhaps already in-game in the store) to purchase an adapter to attach/connect the weight to the back end of the telehandler? OR, is this where most would recommend tossing the telehandler away in exchange for using a front end loader or a wheel loader instead of using the telehandler for working with the CSZ pallets? I couldn’t find a mod in ModHub that appeared to be the solution. Is there a special weight made specifically for attaching to the back end of a telehandler? I haven’t found one (yes, I looked, and tried a weight under the weights section of the store) - it appears (again, I’m still somewhat new at FS19 & still learning) that a 3-point attachment point is needed at the back of the telehandler to be able to attach a weight. The bag handler allows you to pick up multiple objects, and thus it's easy to tip the Telehandler over!Īhh yes, a weight in the back end would surely be a great idea indeed! If you stick with the Telehandler, get a weight on the back of it. ![]()
